This notice covers the Mr. Chartist website operated by INVESTOLOGY and the account features used here. Connected research subscriptions, payment checkouts and other applications may have separate notices; follow their privacy links before providing information.

• Accounts: email and authentication information are handled through Supabase. If you choose Google sign-in, the sign-in provider supplies the account information needed for authentication, which may include a name, email and profile image.
• Support: when you contact us, we receive the details and correspondence you provide. Research-service KYC and payment information are described in the separate Investology privacy notice.
• Browser preferences: theme, learning progress and selected learning views can be stored on your device. Essential sign-in cookies support a shared session across Mr. Chartist subdomains.
• Optional analytics: if allowed, Google Analytics receives website-use and device/browser information. Optional local assistant metrics record categories, matching results and timestamps; query text is not retained in those metrics.
• Technical requests: hosting, authentication and external font delivery involve network requests. Providers can receive technical details such as your IP address and browser information.

Account information supports sign-in and connected account features. Browser preferences keep your chosen theme and learning progress. Support information enables replies and investigation of concerns. Where allowed, analytics helps us understand use of the website and improve it; it is optional for browsing public content.

The current website assistant searches the site's knowledge library in your browser. Its conversation exists in the page session; this implementation does not send your question to an external generative-AI provider. Optional local metrics exclude the question text. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, PAN documents or private financial information into the assistant.

Operational or regulatory records may be used where needed to meet applicable legal duties. A newsletter or research subscription has its own sign-up process; a website visit does not itself subscribe you to marketing.

Essential storage supports sign-in and your website preferences. The shared sign-in cookie is scoped to Mr. Chartist subdomains and can last up to one year unless cleared or replaced; the authentication session itself may expire earlier. Browser preferences persist until changed or cleared.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow optional analytics. Declining leaves public browsing available. Use the control below to change your choice. Turning analytics off clears locally stored assistant metrics. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking; it cannot undo processing already completed by a provider.

Your browser can also remove cookies and site data. Doing so can sign you out and reset local preferences or learning progress. Clearing local data does not erase account, support or legally retained server records. External font delivery and necessary service requests are separate from optional analytics.

We use safeguards appropriate to the website's operation, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Keep credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. This policy does not claim a security certification or independent audit that has not been established.

Browser preferences and local metrics remain until cleared, replaced or limited by the storage implementation. Account and support records are retained according to their purpose and applicable legal requirements. A cookie's lifetime is not the retention period of server-side records.

Request deletion through the contact channels below. We may need proportionate identity verification and may retain records required for regulatory duties, disputes or other applicable legal obligations. We will explain applicable limitations; there is no blanket promise of immediate deletion from every provider or backup.

You can request information about data relating to you, correction of inaccurate information or deletion subject to applicable obligations. You can withdraw optional analytics permission here and use the unsubscribe route supplied with any marketing communication. Access to public lessons does not depend on accepting optional analytics.

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules have phased commencement following the November 2025 notifications. As of this revision, the core processing duties and individual-rights provisions in the eighteen-month tranche are not all in force. Existing applicable privacy duties continue to apply.

This site includes learning for a broad audience. Avoid providing children's personal information or creating an account on their behalf without an appropriate lawful basis. Paid research has separate adult eligibility and KYC conditions. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can assess the request and applicable safeguards.

The website uses hosting and authentication providers, including Supabase, and Google sign-in if you choose it. Google Analytics is optional. External fonts can be requested from Google Fonts. These providers process technical or account information according to their roles and notices.

When you open Telegram, GitHub, research subscriptions, charts or other connected products, their providers may process information under their own policies. A link does not mean every linked service receives your account data merely because you viewed this page.

Provider processing and storage locations can differ from your location. This notice does not promise that every provider stores data in India or that all connected products use identical retention and security settings. Contact us about a specific service rather than assuming this website notice covers its entire operation.

Send a privacy request to the registered contact below with the relevant account email, affected service and a clear description. Do not attach passwords, one-time codes or full financial identification documents unless a secure and necessary verification process is separately agreed.
