By accessing or using any website, platform, tool, or service operated by INVESTOLOGY (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

INVESTOLOGY is the trade name under which Rohit Singh operates as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000015297).

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reproduce, distribute, or republish research content without prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Services without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services
• Share your subscription access, login credentials, or premium content with unauthorized persons

All content on our platforms — including but not limited to research reports, ChartBook editions, articles, course material, software code, UI designs, and branding — is the intellectual property of INVESTOLOGY and/or Rohit Singh.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without express written permission
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand identity for any commercial purpose
• Create derivative works from our proprietary content

Open-source projects published on GitHub are licensed under their respective open-source licenses and are exempt from these restrictions.

Certain Services require a paid subscription (e.g., Investology, NISM Exams). By subscribing:

• You agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other authorized payment partners
• Subscription auto-renewal will be clearly disclosed where applicable
• Refund policies are governed by the specific terms of each product

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to any platform
• INVESTOLOGY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of (or inability to use) the Services
• Investment decisions made based on our content are solely at the user's own risk

This limitation applies to trading losses, data loss, service downtime, or any other damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
